Instead, he chose complete energy independence by implementing a robust, fully off-grid solar irrigation solution.
The custom-engineered system pairs a high-performance 15kW Veichi Variable Speed Drive (VSD) with an array of 34 x 555W high-efficiency solar panels, delivering reliable, uninterrupted power to a 9.2kW pump that drives his water-propelled center pivot system. By turning to solar, the operation not only eliminated utility infrastructure delays but also secured zero-rated operational running costs from day one.
